Metabolic Mastery is a 4-week small group program which meets for one 60-minute live session per week. We'll take a deep dive into the three macronutrients (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates), explore the evidence-backed Institute for Functional Medicine Cardiometabolic Food plan designed to support optimal cardiometabolic health in middle age, and learn how to personalize and apply this information in real life. You'll get feedback on your current macronutrient intake and how you can shift it to positively impact your health, you'll be be empowered with physiology know-how and evidence-based recommendations, you'll glean meal-building and planning skills, and you'll get those burning questions about metabolism answered in live sessions.
