Macronutrient Mastery program: Coming soon!

Have you found that a way of eating that used to keep you feeling energized and strong no longer has the same effect? Or that muscle is difficult to maintain but fat tissue continues to accumulate? I want to help you feel energized, eat confidently, and age gracefully. When we understand how and why our food choices affect our bodies, we are empowered to make decisions that support our health. Macronutrient Mastery is a 5-week group program which meets for one 60-minute live session per week. We'll take a deep dive into the 3 macronutrients (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates) and explore the research that informs my recommendation ranges for each macronutrient to support optimal metabolic health in middle age and beyond. You'll gain awareness of how your current macronutrient intake may be affecting your health, be empowered with physiology know-how and evidence-based recommendations, glean meal-building skills, and get your burning questions about metabolism answered in live sessions. For the beta-run of this program, I'm offering this at a discount to my Osa community. As a beta-tester, you'll be the first to experience this fun and informative group program, and you will have opportunities to offer feedback to help me cater the course to your individual needs.
