Macronutrient Mastery is a 5-week small group program which meets for one 60-minute live session per week. We'll take a deep dive into the 3 macronutrients (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates), explore the research that informs my recommendation ranges and food choices for each macronutrient to support optimal metabolic health in middle age and beyond, and learn how to apply this information in real life. You'll gain awareness of how your current macronutrient intake may be affecting your health, be empowered with physiology know-how and evidence-based recommendations, glean meal-building skills, and get your burning questions about metabolism answered in live sessions.
